What is the difference between heath ralated fitness and skill related physical fitness?
Health related fitness is what everyone should do and have on a regular basis while skill related fitness is when you are training specifically for a sprot or event.
What are the health related components of physical fitness?
Flexibility, Cardiovascular endurence, muscular strength, muscular endurence, and body composition.
What are the skill ralated components of phyical fitness?
Agility, balance, coordination, power, speed, and reaction time.
Why does a person not have to be a good athlete to be physically fit?
You don't have to be a good athlete because staying fit is a personal choice because if you want something and you want to reach your goal than anyone can do it.
Why is it important to know your current lever of health related fitness?
It is important because you don't want to set your goals to high so you cant reach then but also you sont want to set your goals too low so you reach them very easily.
